Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information mdr-digital.com collects, why, who sees it, and what you can do about it. It is written under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, and, where it applies to you, the EU GDPR. It is short on purpose.

1. Who we are

MDR Digital (“MDR”, “we”) is operated by Gur Tene and runs B2B outbound marketing (LinkedIn and email). For anything in this policy, write to the address at the bottom of this page.

2. What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, company, email and message. The Offer Builder asks only for your email and your language.
  • Direct contact: if you email us, message us on WhatsApp or LinkedIn, or book a call on Calendly, we receive the details you give those services (name, email, phone number or profile, and what you write).
  • Usage data: Google Analytics records the pages viewed, how you reached the site, device and browser type, approximate location, and actions such as starting or sending the contact form. TruConversion records how visitors interact with pages (clicks, scrolling, form use) so we can see what works. Both use cookies or similar identifiers.
  • Server data: our hosting provider (Bluehost) logs technical data such as IP address, browser and time of each request, for security and operations.

The Message Analyzer runs entirely in your browser. The text you paste into it is not sent to us and is not stored.

3. Why we use it

  • To answer inquiries, prepare proposals and provide services
  • To run and improve the site and the tools
  • To keep the site secure and prevent abuse
  • To comply with the law

If you leave your email in a form, we may contact you about your request and related MDR services. You can ask us to stop at any time. We do not sell personal information, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

4. Cookies and tracking

Google Analytics and TruConversion set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, and Google offers an opt-out browser add-on for Analytics. Blocking them does not stop the site from working.

5. Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the site and the business, and only as needed: our hosting and email provider (Bluehost), Google (Analytics), TruConversion, Calendly, and WhatsApp and LinkedIn when you contact us there. We may also disclose information if the law or a court requires it, or to protect our rights. We do not sell or rent personal information.

6. Transfers outside Israel

These providers may process data outside Israel, including in the United States and the European Union. We rely on the providers’ own safeguards.

7. How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept as long as needed to handle them, and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records, unless the law requires longer. Analytics data is kept according to the analytics provider’s settings. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No website or email is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. If the GDPR applies to you, you also have the right to object to or restrict processing and to data portability. Write to us at the address below and we will answer within a reasonable time (up to 30 days). You may also complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or, in the EU, to your local data protection authority.

Giving us information through the site is voluntary, but without it we cannot respond to you.

10. People we contact on behalf of clients

We also run LinkedIn and email outreach for our clients. In that work the client decides who is contacted and why, and we handle contact details on the client’s behalf and under its instructions. The client is responsible for the lawfulness of the outreach and of the data it uses. Contact details used in campaigns come from business sources such as public professional profiles and business data providers.

If you received a message sent through a campaign we run and you want no more, reply “remove” or write to us at the address below. We will stop the outreach to you and add you to a removal list. You can also ask what details we hold about you, and ask us to delete them.

11. Children

The site is aimed at business users and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information about children.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the bottom of this page shows the latest version.

13. Language

This policy is published in English and Hebrew. If the versions differ, the Hebrew version prevails.
